The following Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") apply to the user of the Site and all orders placed by the customer (hereinafter referred to as "you") with JJ Furniture. By accessing the Site and/or placing an order, you agreed to be bound by the Terms. Do not continue to use this Site if you do not accept all the Terms stated on this page. Please read this Terms carefully before accessing and/or placing an order.

We reserve the right to change, update, or remove the content of the Terms from time to time without prior notice to you. We suggest you keep yourself updated with our Terms regularly as it will apply to your usage of this site. By continuing to use this Site, you have agreed on any changes to these Site Terms. The version of the Terms that will apply to your order will be those on the site at the time you place your order. We reserve the right to permit the access to the Site and close the account of any user who violates the Terms immediately.

USER REGISTRATION & REPRESENTATION

You may be required to register with us. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password. We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username you select if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such username is inappropriate, obscene, or otherwise objectional.

By using this Site, you represent and warrant that:

Product

We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours, features, specifications, measurements and details of the products available on the Site. However, we do not guarantee that the colours, features, specifications, measurements and details of the products will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, or free of other errors, and your electronic display may not accurately reflect the actual colours and details of the products.

Pricing and Availability

The price of the products displayed on the Site does not include delivery fee, staircase delivery fee and/or disposal service fee. The price of the products is subject to change and we do not guarantee the price of the products is accurate and current. If we discover an error in the price of any products which you have ordered, we will contact you to inform you about the correct pricing and reconfirming the order with correct pricing or else, cancel the order with you. If the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund from us.

All products are subject to availability and we cannot guarantee the products will be in stock. If the products you ordered with us is out of stock, we will contact you to inform you about the item availability date and time and reconfirming the order with the availability date and time or else, cancel the order with you. We reserve the right to discontinue any products any time for any reason without prior notice to you.

Order & Conclusion of Contract

Once the order is placed, if you have provided us with your email address, you will receive an email about the order confirmation. Your order will be processed once the payment of the order is confirmed and verified. We will fulfil your order in accordance with the email of the order confirmation. For any reason, if we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you the earliest the possible. We will initiate the refund to you if you have made the payment for your order with the same payment method you used to pay for the order. 

If you have found out that you have made a mistake for your order, please contact us through email at support@jjfurniture.com.my or call us through 0192123433. However, we are unable to guarantee that we will be able to amend your order with your instruction. If the order needed to be cancelled due to your mistake, a portion of the administrative fee will be deducted based on your order amount due to the processing charges of payment for your order and the charges of refund the monies to you.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Site. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases and any applicable shipping fees, and you authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts upon placing your order. We will not be responsible for any technical error that may arise during the payment process. 

Delivery & Assembly

All the order come with delivery and assembly service by our in-house crew. Our aim is to deliver you order as soon as possible within 5 working days for the ready stock product(s) and 7-21 working days for the pre-order product(s). However, the delivery may take longer than the communicated time frame due to the unforeseen circumstances. If the delivery time frame is taken for more than 30 days, you may cancel your order and a full refund will be initiated to you. For delivery to upstairs that higher than 2nd floor, the Staircase delivery fee applies. Disposal service is provided upon request and labour charge for disposal service applied.

Before placing an order, you will be informed that the expected delivery timeframe. After placing an order, you will be notified about the expected delivery time frame. It is your responsibility to ensure that your ordered items are able to access through the door, lift and staircase. All the measurement of the product is listed on the product page. If your ordered items are unable to access through the door, lift and staircase due to the size of the item, refusal of access by the building management or it seems dangerous during the delivery process etc, we reserve the right to cancel the delivery and order. 

Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel the order if the product(s) is not available. We will initiate the full refund to you if your order is cancelled by us. We will usually refund the money to you through the payment method you choose during the order checkout payment method.

If you want to amend or cancel the order, please contact us within 24 hours for the order amendment or cancellation. Any request for order cancellation after 24 hours will not be entertained. If the order is cancelled due to your mistake, an administrative fee will be deducted from your order total amount due to the processing charges of payment for your order and charges of refund the monies to you.

Return & Refund Policy

We provide Fifteen (15) Days Satisfaction Guarantee for all the order. You may request return and refund for your order within fifteen (15) days upon the order delivery date for any reason. For more information, please visit our Return & Refund Policy page.

We have the full discretion to decide whether any item is in a condition suitable for return and reserves the right to reject any return if they are deemed unfit for return. No further dispute will be entertained after the given grace period.

Warranty

The Fifteen (15) Days Satisfaction Guarantee will work as our warranty policy. Any warranty claim after fifteen (15) days will not be entertained. 

Unless otherwise stated, the warranty provided by the manufacturer will be responsible by the manufacturer. Any decision made by the manufacturer will be the last decision of the warranty claim. We do not responsible for any decision made by the manufacturer of the warranty claim.

Comments & Feedbacks

All comments and feedbacks to the Site will remain our property. User shall agree that there will be no comment(s) submitted to the Site will violate any rights of any third party, including copyrights, trademarks, the privacy of other personal or proprietary rights. Furthermore, the user shall agree there will not be the content of unlawful, abusive, or obscene material(s) submitted to the Site. User will be the only one responsible for any comment's content made.

Any access link to third party sites at your own risk. We make no warranty or guarantee the accuracy or reliability of the information of this site or other sites which this Site links. We will not be related or involve to any such website if the user's content/product(s) got damaged or loss has any connection with the third-party site.

User shall agree that we may send newsletter regarding the latest news/products/promotions etc through email to the user.

In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

These Terms shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Site. Without limiting any other provision of these Terms, we reserve the right to. in our sole discretion and without notice or liability, deny access to and use of the site (including blocking certain IP addresses), to any person for any reason or for no reason, including without limitation for breach of any representation, warranty or covenant contained in these Terms or of any applicable law or regulation. We may terminate your use or participation in the site or delete your account and any content or information that you posted at any time, without warning, in our sole discretion.

If we terminate or suspend your account for any reason, you are prohibited from registering and creating a new account under your name, a fake or borrowed name, or the name of any third party, even if you may be acting on behalf of the third party.
In addition to terminating or suspending your account, we reserve the right to take appropriate legal action, including without limitation pursuing civil, criminal, and injunctive redress.
